What is Cross X Fitness Training?

Cross X Fitness Training can be classified as: short, intense, varied and, especially, very effective. As with hurricanes (short and intense) are being named, so are the regularly appearing Cross X Fitness workouts.

Intensity: Cross X Fitness is suitable for everybody. It is being scaled separately for every person without losing the essence of Cross X Fitness. Not all workouts are as intense as the ones listed below which means you will start using weights and exercises you can handle. From children to grandparents, from couch-potatoes to top-athletes. First you will learn the technique and the skills to do the exercises safely. From the introduction lesson onwards you will learn the knowledge to be able to do the workouts correctly, safely and effectively.

 

 

Examples of workouts:

'Jennifer': 10 lunges+10 pull-ups+30 crunches+20 box jumps or step-ups each leg 12" box+30 sec. jump rope+30 sit-ups+20 dips on bench or parrallel bars+20 oblique crunches each side+20 overhead squat & reach with medball+20 leg raises+20 dumbbell or medball clean-n-jerks+30 back extensions+2 minutes on cardio rowing machine or cable rows with moderate weight. Complete in 30 minutes.

‘Cindy’: In 20 min. as many rounds as possible of the following exercises: 5 pull-ups + 10 push-ups + 15 bodyweight squats. A good score is 20 rounds or more.

‘Fran’: As fast as possible for 3 rounds, round 1: 21 reps, round 2: 15 reps and round 3: 9 reps of: 40 kg thrusters + pull-ups. A good score is 5 min or faster.

‘Malory’: 3 rounds as fast as possible of: 100 meter truck-tire flipping + 200 meter run + 100 meter truck-tire drag. A good score is 25 min or faster.

The intention of our lessons is not only to provide you with a fantastic effective training program, but also to teach you new skills and to enjoy the process of exercise.

This program offers flexible hours for training. No more worrying about scheduling appointments, missed appointments, or rescheduling. This program is available Monday- Friday from 6:00am-10:00am and 3:00pm-7:00pm. 160 HOURS OF TRAINING AVAILABLE PER MONTH FOR LESS THAN $7.00 PER DAY. Just show up during the above listed times and we'll be here ready to train you. Get your gym membership and flexible training all in one convenient program. Training sessions start promptly at the beggining of each hour listed above.
